WHAT FLAVOURS ARE THE ICINGS?

When selecting our standard product and service, our icings are all vanilla flavoured except for brown which is chocolate and pink which is strawberry.

If selecting the new Pick & Mix icing product and service, the flavours and colours of your icing will be bespoke to your selection.

I NOTICED AN ERROR IN MY ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT CAN I DO?

I’ve noticed an error in my order confirmation. What can I do? If you spot an error on your order confirmation, please go to the contact us page, as soon as you can, to let us know so we can rectify the mistake before your cookie is made and sent.

 

Please note that the SSP Customer Care Team are available Monday to Friday, from 9 am until 5 pm (excluding Public/bank holidays). Therefore, any amendments for Monday delivery need to be submitted before 5 pm on Thursday.

HOW LONG CAN THE COOKIES BE KEPT AND HOW DO I KEEP MY COOKIE STAYING FRESH?

Our products are made to order on the day of dispatch (in most cases, the day before delivery, delivery address dependent) and they will stay fresh for a minimum of 5 days (5 Day Freshness Guarantee) but you can prolong the freshness by storing in a cool dry, un-refrigerated place, kept flat in an airtight container.

ARE OUR COOKIES VEGETARIAN?

We are pleased to inform you that our cookies are suitable for vegetarians. Please note that selected toppings we use to decorate our cookies are sadly not suitable for vegetarians.

ARE OUR COOKIES HALAL?

Our cookies are not Halal certified by our supplier. This is because alcohol is used in some ingredients. Although it is not present in the cookie when eaten, as any alcohol evaporates when the cookies are baked, traces can be found in the recipe formulation.

WHERE CAN I FIND ALLERGENS INFORMATION?

We do occasionally have to substitute products so you must advise us of any allergies / dietary requirements on every visit as our recipes do change. Allergen information on all recipe ingredients is available on each product page, however, please be advised that we do use most, if not all allergens in our kitchens. We also cook different foods on the same equipment.
